Thank you for choosing Online Help Solutions. I take great pride in delivering professional 1-to-1 gym coaching tailored to your personal goals. To ensure fairness, clarity, and the best results for your transformation, the following terms apply to all bookings.
Due to the nature of personal training and the time dedicated to your custom programming, I do not offer cash refunds for sessions that have been fully completed. However, your progress is my priority.
The Results Commitment: If you are not satisfied with the technical guidance provided during a session, please raise this immediately during the workout.
Service Approval: At the end of our initial thorough assessment, I will walk you through your bespoke plan. Once you confirm your agreement to the program and training begins, the service is considered accepted.
As a 1-to-1 coach, I plan my gym availability and programming specifically for our scheduled time.
48 Hours or More Notice: You may reschedule your gym session free of charge.
24–48 Hours Notice: A fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: The full session fee (100%) will be charged if:
Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment.
You are not present at the gym at the scheduled time.
This policy reflects the reserved gym space and my time as your dedicated coach.
The Kickstart Plan: Payment for single sessions is required in advance to secure your assessment time.
Block Bookings (Committed/Transformation): Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your 10 or 20-session block.
Transfers: If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, I will transfer your credit to a future booking.
I allow a 15-minute grace period for gym arrivals.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, and the full fee will apply.
To provide the safest and most effective 1-to-1 service, I require:
Appropriate gym attire and footwear.
Honest disclosure of any medical conditions or physical limitations during our thorough assessment.
Adherence to all health and safety protocols within the Cornwall gym facility.
For your safety, I cannot provide training if you are under the influence of alcohol/drugs or have an acute injury/illness that makes exercise dangerous. If I determine that training is unsafe, I reserve the right to refuse service. A session fee may still apply if the risk was not disclosed in advance.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat session or appropriate remedy in accordance with UK law.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
