By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Personal Training Service

I provide professional 1-to-1 gym coaching at a designated fitness facility in Cornwall.

To carry out the service, the following is required:

  • Facility Access: You must have access to the agreed-upon gym facility.

  • Health Disclosure: You must provide a complete and honest disclosure of your medical history and physical limitations during the initial assessment.

  • Attire: You must wear appropriate fitness clothing and supportive footwear for gym-based resistance training.

  • Conduct: You must follow all technical guidance and safety instructions I provide during the session.

    If a safe and suitable working environment is not maintained or if my technical advice is ignored, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the session.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • Securing Your Session: A non-refundable payment or deposit is required to secure your booking for the Kickstart, Committed, or Transformation plans.

  • Confirmation: Your session is only confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

  • Plan Inclusion: All session blocks (10 or 20 sessions) include custom workout programming and periodic progress tracking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

As a 1-to-1 coach, I organize my daily coaching schedule around confirmed appointments.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. The session or deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total session fee is payable.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the session fee is payable.

  • Access: If I am at the gym and you are not present, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

4. Late Availability

I allow a 15-minute grace period for gym arrivals.

If you are unavailable 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session may be cancelled, and the full session fee will remain payable.

5. Satisfaction & Services

  • No Cash Refunds: Due to the nature of fitness services and the time spent on bespoke programming, I do not offer cash refunds once a session or assessment has been completed.

  • Technical Faults: If you feel the technical guidance provided does not meet the standards of the agreed-upon program, this must be raised during the session for immediate correction.

6. Health & Safety

I cannot perform training on clients with:

  • Uncontrolled Medical Conditions: Conditions not cleared by a doctor.

  • Acute Injuries: Severe inflammation or open wounds that make exercise unsafe.

  • Contagious Conditions: Any illness that puts other gym users at risk.

    If I determine it is unsafe to proceed, I reserve the right to refuse service. You must inform me of any changes to your health or physical condition before training begins.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Honoured Pricing: Prices may change over time; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking (e.g., £45 for a single session) will always be honoured.

  • Package Expiry: 10-session and 20-session blocks must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

I am not liable for:

  • Instruction Failure: Injuries resulting from failure to follow my direct form and technique advice.

  • Non-Disclosure: Medical issues arising where allergies or pre-existing conditions were not disclosed.

  • Indirect Losses: Any indirect or consequential losses.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

9. Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, gym facility closures, or government restrictions.

10. Privacy

I collect your name, fitness assessment data, and contact details solely to manage bookings and provide my coaching services. Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
